Sleepy Grace!

I’ve been with Grace this evening. The medicine, to help her sleep, is making her drowsy during the day.  She is now going to bed between 1900 and 2000 each night, as opposed to 2100.

Extreme Diet

I’ve spent most of the day doing a Allen Carr diet course. OMG it was so tough going and now I’ve been told I need to stick to vegetables, fruits and nuts. No more bread, pasta, anything sugary or with chemicals. 

F@@k me, this is going to be tougher than the previous courses I have done. Allen Carr do not they do not provide any guarantee with this course, like they do with smoking and alcohol.
