Yesterday was simply focused day on work, followed by an evening with Grace (see instagram post).

Now getting back into the routine of learning Spanish, whilst Grace listens to music. Though we share moments from time to time, be they kisses, smiles or holding hands.  We do things that we otherwise would have done before the dementia.  The only thing we can’t really do is have conversations, though I definitely try to chat with her.

Grace was tired but in good spirits.  We walked into the city, got something to drink at Starbucks on the Hoogstraat, and then wandered back arriving about 0815.  Grace took a mango and banana back to the care home, for dessert with her evening meal today (Tuesday).

Later on I made myself a rocket salad, with mango, pepper, onion and a lime vinaigrette.  Was actually very tasted and healthy (bar a bit of sugar in the vinaigrette).

A largely non eventful day.
