The nonsense of Enzo and Iris

So yesterday I wrote to Laurens nurses, copying in management and other persons from Laurens, calling out that I know about the allegation Grace has been called a prostitute by Iris.

I know I have had an impact, because when F brought Grace last night she avoided any contact with me and looked so pissed off. 

We are now four months in and so far Laurens has not taken responsibility for any of its own behaviours and acts.  I suppose they will ask where it ends, my response ‘when you start to demonstrate you are taking responsibility for providing good care to my wife (and other residents).

Someone upset with my slow to their messages

I had someone complaining I don’t respond to their messages.  I’ve been busy and what I do reflects how I am in general, its nothing personal. 

Evening in the Wester Pavilion

I spent yesterday evening with Grace in the Wester Pavilion, eating a burger. It was lovely just to be with her.  She is full of smiles, particularly when I rest my head on her lap. She still had tremendous positive influence over me.  She calms me down when I am with her, making me relaxed.  I spent around 2.5 hours in the bar with her and just enjoy the moment.  When I look at her I think wow you are still so beautiful.

Vinojo reaches out to me

Someone I used to work with, Vinojo, reached out to me with some very kind words about what I was doing with Grace. It’s nice that people reach out to me.  Vinojo is a nice guy with good values.

Dreaming of where I could work remotely in the World!

I’ve been looking to the future and the opportunity to work in remote locations.  I have been looking at the Outer Hebrides in Scotland. Wow, to stay on the Island like Barra costs minimum of £2,500 per month and for a more modern place to yourself it is £3,500 – £5,000 per month.  I was total shocked.  As much as the location is beautiful, I could stay in some really exotic warm locations for a lot less.

Morning Routines

Morning’s have become my catch up time, when I write my journal and do admin.  Everyone does not come online until 0900.  It’s a nice relaxing start to the day. But somehow I want more time back for myself. I wonder where I do a shorter week?

2nd Book needs finishing

I am about halfway through the final draft.  This weekend is my chance.  Saturday and Sunday.
