Grace is doing just fine

I’ve spent the day working at home and then arrive just after 1700 at the care home.  Someone has turned Grace’ Amazon echo on and she has been listening to BBC Radio 2, singing to music all day.  Grace seems engaged and happy with herself.    The nurses suggest that as Grace is comfortable in bed and she have dinner there.  So that’s exactly what we do.  By about 2200 Grace is falling asleep, so I leave her to it.

Next week is going to be interesting, as I am going to Spain for a few days and obviously Grace will be on her own.  I hope she will be fine.

The PlayStation has been taken to the care home. Ha ha now I can play it here with Grace. Where I had go to the point where I was too tired to anything else I decided to play some football on it and then watched ‘The Crown’ on Netflix.

Just ploughing on, but with what purpose

I am also shattered and at times just try to keep going.  Learning Spanish and working on my new book.  I need a bit of time to review where things are at.  I think the two petals I am neglecting in part at the moment are my own ‘fun’ and ‘professional growth’.  I’ve given attention to physical wellbeing with the sleep, the chiropractor, and arranging for PT.

I’ve been to Faceland and get some more ‘treatment’, as a birthday present to myself.

I got asked if Rutger could join UBDS? i.e. would I have an issue? Why would I disagree?  It’s his choice and I am relaxed about it.
