Another night of jet lag—or should I say an afternoon? After a few Aperol Spritzers, I slept all afternoon and through the night until 2 AM. What probably helped, or didn’t help, depending on your perspective, was the sleeping pill I took. Here, you can buy a range of prescription medicines over the counter—without a prescription. They cater to everything, including Viagra, of course.
Messed Up with Contacting Grace
I messed up and didn’t log Grace into her iPad, which means I can’t FaceTime her. At least that’s what I think has happened. I feel dreadful because I can’t reach her.
Focus on Dutch B2 Exams
I feel that with enough practice, I can pass my Dutch B2 exams. Wow, I might even be able to get a job using Dutch. If I can do this with Dutch, then I have a fighting chance with Spanish. I feel so comfortable with myself.
I have some sort of balance; this is as good as it gets (or has been so far), and I should be grateful for where I’ve ended up compared to where I could have been.
