I feel like the end is coming. Despite the morphine, Grace is in pain and has difficulty eating and drinking. I was in tears last night. I’ve eaten something and then returned to sleep with Grace. I haven’t slept well. I feel shattered this morning.
I’m skipping my Dutch exam tomorrow. I need to be kind to myself and put less pressure on me. But I feel like I’m slipping with things.
