I don’t want Grace to leave us now. I needed a second duvet last night; the window was open, and it was 10°C. I was up constantly going to the toilet as a result.
I’m struggling with motivation at the moment. Too much alcohol and what’s happening with Grace have taken a toll. I’ve lost my energy. I think some exercise would definitely help me. Maybe I need to get out on my bike and work from a café somewhere.
