I am feeling fresh and sharp today, ready to drive things forward and that’s how the day plays out.
My Colleague Needs to Play with Himself
I have heard a customer has gone ballistic about something (not caused by me). But a colleague is really upset that I was not there for the call, as I was off sick (taking care of my illness). He is ranting at me. I explain to him that if he expecting an apology then he is not going to get one. Its quite funny really. I explain to him he should watch his health. He seems to think I’ve been unprofessional. Was it my intention to be so? Does he have all the facts to hand? As I said to him ‘your talking to the wrong person’.
Of course I go to see Grace and she is a lot more engaging today. Apparently she slept well.
