It’s so funny, I cannot mention names of people at the care home. It’s like the newspapers with privacy. Except they normally do something after the court have imposed a restriction.
So I found the offending text that upset a nurse so much and I think has led to all the gossip and false allegations. It took me over an hour to find. It is from 27th February and says this:
A nurse has upset me, I want to walk her around and last week she snitched on me to the Doctor. I have decided to take Grace for a walk by myself. I take her to the restaurant where we walk around. I know my wife and I want the best for her, I trust my instinct.
This led to the Spanish inquisition, when the nurse who thought I was referring to her started asking all the other nurses. I remember a male nurse asking if it was the nurse who thought it was her and I did not reply. None of the nurses knew, as I never discussed the matter with any nurses or other staff.
At the time., I’d lost my patience with the team leader. Because he did nothing when ever I complained – in fact he came across as pretty in effective in his role, like he had just left school. This is the same Team Leader who ignored a formal complaint, in confidence, from another member of staff about Grace’s care by the same nurse. What did he say, roughly translated it was ‘I don’t need this stress’.
This same nurse has done some awful things and made lots of false allegations. More to follow on this.
