Watching Excelsior football team play is confirmed for 4th November, which is few days before Grace’s birthday. I am really looking forward to watching it with her. I am not sure it is normally her thing, but I think it is good social occasion for her.
We are both down with horrible head colds and I suspect Grace feelings the same way as I do, in that I am feeling so tired and ill. Last night and today, Grace is very quiet. She opens her eye from time to time, as I give her another bit of her donut and place her hot chocolate towards her mouth. I myself have taken the day off, being a zzp’er it means I don’t get paid but I just want to feel better.
Later I take Grace for some Ramen! She loves it and I love her :). Part of new routine now to take her out more often for meals, including low fat ones as well.
I’ve otherwise struggled with a bit more of my book.
I do wonder whether I suffer from so much tiredness because I do 8 hours work followed by 2-3 hours with Grace. The only time myself is normally after 9pm. A twisted nurse at the care home and the team leader said I was in relationship with a nurse. I can’t fit anything else or anyone else in to my day?
Everything tastes of salt! I hate it! Imagine, as I did today, you drink a hot chocolate and all you taste is this horrible mix of salt and a bit of sugary drink in the background.
