Yesterday I just felt sad and angry. How can anyone dare call Grace what they have? Why take it out on Grace, what has she done? I just sat there in McDonalds, with her, thinking I do not want to take her back.
Shame on all the nurses and management who have let these things happen. You have a duty of care and have signed related care contracts. I know other nurses who know the nurse that has done it. I removed the posts you asked me to and your false eye lashes etc.
It looks like there are three lawyers involved on the Laurens side. Wow I am shocked! Are they that concerned? It sends a clear message to me.
I have 15 complaints, in a formal letter (in addition I have sent further complaints since) about the care and treatment of my wife. Also, I have asked for the medical file. So far Laurens has refused to address any of my complaints and has still not handed over the medical file. This also sends a message!
Otherwise, work is fine. Actually, I really enjoying working with my colleagues. I find I can add value, drawing upon my experience. I am glad I am not doing a senior leadership role.
