Valladolid
The hotel is amazing. It’s like a little paradise hidden away, beautifully decorated in colonial style. The staff are incredibly friendly, and you can tell it’s a family-run hotel. Even when I came back late one night, they served me food.
Part of me doesn’t want to go home. My journey feels like it has just begun, but I need to seriously consider doing this for six months. I need to chat with Hans from time to time; he has a very open mind about life.
Thoughts on My Mexico Trip
I’m so glad I made this trip. I know what I want to do with the next ten years of my life. Wow, so little time and so much to see! I love Grace so much, and I need to be there for her. But this is an amazing compromise. I think I’m going to take at least six months off at some point.
I feel so alive and so grateful for what I have.
I have a new idea for an adventure … A driving an old Mini down through the Americas…
