Wheelchair Users are Treated Like Second Class Citizens

I am now starting to understand why those in wheelchairs feel like second class citizens.

Firstly, we could not get on to one train, as we were told you need to request a ramp at least one hour prior to the train departure or otherwise we could a slow train where there was no step on to the train.  This cost around 30 minutes.

Then on the way back from Gouda the lift was broken so a lady abruptly turned around and said we would need to take a train on a different platform in the other direction to the next stop and then change platforms there, to take the train back. This cost use around 45 minutes.

Then why is it on lifts smell or urine. It is disgusting.

Dinner
We ended up eating in a normal restaurant. Why? Because it was bucketing down with rain and this place had an outside terrace with heaters where I could sit Grace.
